Our music department is a critical element of our ministry. It
goes beyond making our worship services more dynamic and
interesting. Music can touch the heart and soul, this is the
passion of our music department.
Our Statement of Purpose
First Assembly of God has an aggressive goal to use every
available means to reach every available person for Christ.
The music program wants to do all it can to enhance the goal of
our church.
First of all we want to glorify Christ with our music. Our music
is in response to what God has done for us through His Son,
Jesus Christ. We thank God for allowing us to have music as a way
to express ourselves to Him.
Secondly, we are here to edify the body of Christ. We want our
music to minister, encourage and build up our fellow believers.
Musical excellence combined with a vibrant personal dedication to
Christ honors our God, edifies the body of Christ and speaks
volumes to a lost world. People are not only hearing great sounds
of praise but they are able to see Christ through us as the praise
comes from our hearts.
